*Denotes the records in the list below are from 'Lawrence County, Ohio Cemeteries Tombstone Inscriptions,' a collection of books published and sold in 1999 by the late Tom Clutters, Julian Barnett, and Perry Campbell. Perry donated all those cemetery books to The Lawrence Register after Tom and Julian’s death, along with their copyright permission.

These inscriptions are not complete. The birth and death dates only include those born or died before 1900. Tom and Julian passed away, and Perry's health declined before they were completed.

These records are dedicated to Julian, Tom, and Perry, who worked tirelessly for years to record all the cemeteries in Lawrence County, Ohio. They were especially determined to ensure every veteran's grave they found without a tombstone was marked and a veteran's headstone placed where they lay in rest whenever possible.
