Know all men by these presents that we John Ballard and Cassandra his wife of the County of Lawrence, and State of Ohio, in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars to us paid by John a Errick of the County of Lawrence, and State of Ohio, have bargained

Know all men by these presents that J. A. Errick of the County of Lawrence and State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars in hand paid by John Ballard of said County and State have bargained and sold and do hereby grant bargain, sell & convey unto the said John Ballard his heirs and assigns forever the following premises situated in the county of Lawrence in the State oh Ohio and bounded and described as follows to wit:

Know all men by these presents that we John I. Wood and Harriet Wood his wife of the county of Lawrence and State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to us paid by John Ballard of the county of Lawrence and State of Ohio have bargained and sold and do hereby grant and convey unto the said John Ballard his heirs and assigns forever the following premises situate in the county of Lawrence in the State of Ohio and in Fayette Township and bounded and described as follows:

Know all men by these presents that we Stephen Ballard and Mariah C. Ballard Wife of said Stephen Ballard in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars in hand paid by John Ballard do hereby remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said John Ballard his heirs and assigns forever all our title interest and estate legal and equitable in the following premises with appurtenances situate in the county of Lawrence in the State of Ohio bounded and described as follows to wit: The east half of the southeast quarter of section number thirty two township number one range number eighteen.

James Ballard and Sarah Ballard wife of said James Ballard in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars in hand paid by John Ballard to hereby remise release and forever quit claim

Know all men by these presents that I, Sarah Ballard in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars in hand paid by John Ballard I do hereby remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said John Ballard his heirs and assigns forever all my title interest and estate legal and equitable that I have by deed of quitclaim made by Samuel Ballard and Mary his wife in the following premises with the appurtenances situate in the county of Lawrence and State of Ohio:

Know all men by these presents that We, Samuel Ballard and Mary Ballard, wife of the said Samuel Ballard in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars in hand paid by Sarah Ballard of the county of Lawrence and State of Ohio as hereby promise release and forever quitclaim unto the said Sarah Ballard her heirs and assigns forever all our right title and interest and estate legal and equitable in the following premises with the appurtenances situate in the County of Lawrence and state of Ohio and bounded as follows to Wit:
