(2436) Thomas Wakefield, son of Joseph and Relief (Kendall) Wakefield, was born on 19 Aug 1788 and married (2437) Dorcas Pratt.

Certified that satisfactory evidence has been exhibited before the Clerk of The Court of Jefferson County who said evidence is herein annexed that said Joseph Wakefield, who as reputed was a Rev. soldier of the US and died on the 27 days of May 1827 leaving surviving him, Relief WAKEFIELD and that Peter, Thomas & James WAKEFIELD and Relief HAWKINS are the only surviving children of the aforesaid Joseph WAKEFIELD. signed 16 June 1853 John S.
