A.T.T. Fuller was b. September 1792 and d. September 1857
I, Alphonso T. F. Fuller, of County of Lawrence, State of Ohio, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say:
FIRST–Funeral expenses and last sickness and all my just debts be fully paid.
SECOND–I give and devise to my two sons, Stephen S. Fuller and Emelius W. Fuller, every five dollars in addition to what I have heretofore given each of them.—Granddaughter, Mary Cunningham, child of Caroline E. Cunningham, five dollars, said daughter Caroline’s having already received her marriage outfit.
THIRD–I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary Fuller, in lieu of her dower, my entire property, real, personal, and mixed during her natural life–she paying my funeral expenses and last sickness and all my just debts, and also the legacies before mentioned, and that at the decease of my said wife, the real estate hereby devised or bequeathed to her as aforesaid, and so much of the personal and mixed property as there remains unexpended to be equally divided share and share alike among the following children: Harriet Haskell, Mary V. F. Fuller, Josephine S. Fuller, Gratia T. Fuller, Romaine A. Cox, Susan A. Fuller, Adelia Angelica Fuller; excepting there is to be deducted from each of the above shares to Harriet Haskell and Romaine A. Cox their marriage outfit, supposed to be $50.00 each.
AND LASTLY--appoint my dearly beloved wife, Mary, to be the sole executrix of this, my last will and testament, revoking and annulling all former wills by me made.
I further desire that at my decease there be no inventory or sale of any of my personal property by my said executrix unless she chooses to do so.
He was my great great grandfather and is buried in Fuller cemetery in Rome township behind fire station close to the OHIO river.
