Last Will and Testament of Mary C. Kaneff

On file in Lawrence Co., Ohio Will Book # 14, p. 479:

I, Mary C. Kaneff of the Township of Rome, County of Lawrence, and the State of Ohio, being of full age, of sound mind and memory, and not under restraint, do make, publish, and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other last Wills and testaments by me made heretofore:

I hereby bequeath to my daughter Mae Kaneff all of my property, both personal and real of whatsoever kind, that I now possess or any property that I may hereafter come in possession of. I hereby appoint the said Mae Kaneff to execute this my last will and testament and that no bond shall be required of her as executrix of said will.

In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand at Proctorville, Ohio R.F.D. aforesaid, this 23rd day of August nineteen hundred and thirty-three 1933.

Signed by said Mary C. Kaneff, who at the same time published and declared the same as and for this last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, and at her request, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
