Last Will and Testament of George W. Kaneff

On file in Lawrence Co., Ohio Will Book # 7, p. 136:

In the name of the Benevolent Father of All:  I, George W. Kaneff of the County f Lawrence and the State of Ohio, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

Item 1st:  I give and devise to my beloved wife in lieu of her dower the farm on we now reside, situated in Rome Township, Lawrence County and the State of Ohio, containing about 43 acres during her natural life and all the stock, household goods furniture provisions and all other goods and chattels which may be thereon at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath to her absolutely. 

She, however, selling so much thereof as may be sufficient to pay my just debts and at the death of my said wife, all of my said real estate and personal property to be equally divided between by heir I do hereby anominate and appoint my wife Mary C. Kaneff executor of this my last will and I hereby request the Probate Court of said County that the said Mary C. Kaneff be not required to give bond and that there be no appraisement of my property.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this the 1st day of April 1908.

The application states that George W. Kaneff died on or about March 31, 1909 (which is what is on his death certificate along with a birthdate of May 23, 1840, and parents of John and Elizabeth Kaneff.) and the following is his next of kin list:
