To the Friends of Humanity. – Truman Guthrie, a tailor by trade, left his widowed mother in November 1843, with a view of being gone but a few days, but has never returned. the last time I heard from him, he was in New Orleans. The slightest intelligence of him would be gratefully received, by his distressed mother, addressed to Mr. E. J. Chestnutwood, Hanging Rock, Lawrence Co., Ohio.
