Miss McClure Died Late Saturday Night.

The death Saturday night of Miss Libbie McClure shocked her many friends throughout the city. She passed away at the home of Mrs. H. E. Norton on South Fourth street from an illness that resulted from a fall in her room several weeks ago. Miss McClure was past seventy years of age and had been in frail health for several months.
She was a pioneer resident of Ironton, an intelligent, charming lady. — Bingaman and Jones prepared the body for burial, and it was removed to the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Anderson on South Fifth Street, from whence the funeral took place this afternoon. Rev. Mr. Weld of the Presbyterian church officiating. Burial in Woodland cemetery.

The funeral services for Miss Elizabeth McClure, who died at the H. E. Norton home on south 4th street early Sunday morning, were held from the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Anderson on South Fifth street Monday afternoon at 3 o’clock. Rev. B. R. Weld was in charge of the rites, and interment followed in Woodland cemetery with Bingaman and Jones in charge.
