This is a little on their son Clay schoonover. Thought you might like to see Clay J. Schoonover was born in Oxford, Nebraska Oct. 21, 1889 and passed away April 18, 1945 in a Veterans Hospital in Colorado. Clay was a professional baseball player having played with the Arapahoe, Red Cloud and Hastings when a young boy. He played with Omaha in the Western League in Grand Island in State League and played in Sterling, Colorado. He served overseas in the Army during WWI in France and Germany having served with the 358 Infantry of the 89th. Div.

Their daughter Izelia Ferguson married Joseph Schoonover on Feb. 19, 1878, in Lawrence County, Ohio. This is a little on their son Clay’s Schoonover. I thought you might like to see Clay J.
