this day Mr. Madison Collins personally appeared before the court me the undersigned deputy Clerk of Cabell county doit[?] and made oath that Rachel Nash is twenty-one years of age and Francis Nash the mother after afore named Rachel Nash is perfectly willing for her said daughter to marry Mr. Allen McDavis[?], to whom I am now about to issue License Given under my hand this 18 of Sept. 1855.
