William D. Kelley sells to George W. Kelley of Gallia, Allen Kelly, Nathaniel D. Kelley, Mary Kelley, Thomas D. Kelley of Lawrence Co. and James A. Richey and his wife Harriet B. Richey of Jackson Co., Ohio, all his rights and interest as one of the heirs of Rebecca J. Kelley late of Jackson Co., Ohio.
The description of the various land parcels sold is one for NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec 29, Twp 2 R18, except for 1/2 acre, which is laid out as a burying ground. It is to be laid out square with a stone wall and iron paling.
