Peter Keller, John Gordon, William Gordon, James Waddle & Elizabeth, his wife, Francis Keller Heirs, Polly Keller, widow of Peter Keller late of Jackson Co., Ohio, deceased.

In the June term of said court 1834, the Sheriff of Jackson Co., Ohio, was directed to sell land at public auction (among other property). The Sheriff then proceeded to sell property on the door of the Jackson County, Ohio Courthouse on 15 Oct. 1834. The said Lot# 41 is in Burlington, Lawrence County, Ohio.

The Property was sold to Stephen Wilson, Isaac Frampton, and Martin Frampton, doing business as Wilson & Frampton, for $134.00, which was 3/4 of the appraised value of the said property.
