Know all men by these presents that I, Sarah Ballard, in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars in hand paid by John Ballard, do hereby remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said John Ballard, his heirs, and assigns all my title interest and estate legal and equitable forever that I have by deed of quitclaim made by Samuel Ballard and Mary, his wife in the following premises with the appurtenances situate in the county of Lawrence and State of Ohio: and bounded area described as follows to wit: The east half of the South West quarter of Section thirty-two of Township One of Range Eighteen containing seventy-nine and 56/100 acres more or less:
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of July AD 1857.
