Upper Township is the southernmost one of Range Eighteen although it is not a full sized township according to public land standards.

Windsor Township
Windsor Township, Lawrence County, Ohio, lies just north of Union, and west of the northern part of Rome Township. Some Pioneers of Windsor Township were the Earles and Cade Families who ‘Went West’ to Settle in the Ohio wilderness.
Aid Township
Lawrence Delawder married Mary Laithliter and settled near Powellsville then on Johns Creek in Sec. 7. His wife died and he went back to Shenandoah, Va., and married Mary Sivers; brought her back and lived on John’s creek until he lost his mare and other property.
