Surviving her are her husband, these children: Frank, Henry Jr., Roosevelt, McKinley of North Kenova, Ohio, Mrs, Cora Hardy of Chesapeake, Ohio, Mrs. Shirley McComas of Detroit, MI, Garland and Homer of Chesapeake, Ohio; two brothers, James and Alex Elkins of Proctorville, Ohio, two sisters, Mrs. James Leffingwell and Mrs. Lisa McMasters of Chesapeake, Ohio. Charles BARBS (the porter) was arrested because he gave BARKER a push.

The remains were taken to Gallipolis, his home Monday and was interred at Mound Hill. Captain Baxter is survived by one son Chancellor Baxter, and three daughters, Mrs. L. A. ROSE and Mrs. M. W. KANEFF of Proctorville and Mrs. Geo. CLARKE of Pocahontas, Va. And by two sisters, Mrs. Susan JOHNSON and Mrs. John NEVINS. He was born in Gallipolis.
