H. Moxley and Virginia A. Smith, C. H. Moxley was 23 years old, and Virginia A. Smith was 19. They were both single, having never married before. Virginia was born in Lawrence County, Ohio, and was the daughter of Austin Smith, an Editor. It does not name Virginia’s mother’s name.C. H. Moxley was born in Montgomery County, Maryland.
