MISC INFO FOUND IN THE DEEDS OF THE RECORDER’S OFFICE

The land is between the land of James PINE and the Gallaway Heirs and was signed 17 Oct 1891 (Note the date said 1892 on the preceding pages, I think the date was a mistake, it was supposed to have been 1892). 11 Nov 1893 James and Lavonia PINE, et ux, sell land to Thomas RUYAN for $175.00. The property was by Sarah PINE’S property. James and Lavonia both signs this deed and witnessed by M. L. BECKETT, J.P. and Isaac M. PEREGO Vol 57 Page 535
